We’ll gather in a private luxury villa in Montego Bay, Jamaica, for five days of gentle restoration, joyful connection, nourishing meals, and wide-open space to rest and play at your own pace.

There are no mandatory workshops.

There is no rigid schedule. (We will be on island time!)

Everything is optional. Rest is always encouraged.

You get to decide how you spend your time. Wake up to a slow morning or join sunrise yoga. Savor a chef-prepared meal with new friends or take your coffee solo on the terrace. Venture into town for an adventure, or stay back and unwind in the pool. This is a retreat where you can truly ask yourself, What do I need?—and trust that the answer is yours to honor.

In the spirit of accessibility and ease, retreat pricing has been thoughtfully adjusted.

-A $550 deposit secures your spot and is applied toward your total balance. After the deposit:

• 50% of the remaining balance is due by February 18, 2026

• Final balance is due by March 18, 2026

Our villa is located on a private cove, just 15 minutes from Montego Bay, offering the perfect balance of seclusion and accessibility. Transportation and daily breakfast and dinner are included.

Secure your place now for a true reset. Your deposit is nonrefundable, unless the retreat is sold out, in which case you'll be notified and fully refunded. At checkout, you can select your preferred payment option (either monthly installments or full payment), and you will then receive an invoice based on your choice. Please complete your deposit by 12/31/25.

Once your deposit is received:

• A welcome email with the next steps and links to the necessary forms will be sent to you.

• To confirm your reservation, all documents and payments must be submitted by March 18, 2026.
