Meet The Team

Licensed Clinical Professionals

I’m Sation Konchellah, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Certified Yoga Instructor, Certified Brain Longevity Specialist and Founder of Grace Counseling & Wellness. With more than 20 years of experience in mental health and education, I specialize in helping individuals manage anxiety, stress, and life transitions while reconnecting to their sense of peace and purpose.

My approach integrates traditional therapy with mindfulness, movement, and holistic wellness practices—because healing is most powerful when the mind, body, and spirit are in conversation. I also support the next wave of therapists through clinical supervision and mentorship, nurturing a new generation of compassionate, skilled clinicians.

Beyond the therapy room, I lead corporate wellness programs, outdoor wellness experiences, and domestic and international retreats designed to help individuals and teams rest, reset, and rediscover joy. I’ve been featured as an expert consultant on TV One’s For My Man and have served as a panelist and speaker on mental health, rest, and whole-person wellness.

Whether in session, on the mat, or at a retreat, my mission remains the same—to help others find balance, reconnect with themselves, and experience healing as a natural part of living well.

Raquel Goode

Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor

Hi! My name is Raquel Goode. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate. I am originally from Greensboro, NC and earned my Master’s degree in Counseling with a specialization in college counseling from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

My main goal as a therapist is to help people who are experiencing discomfort in their lives or looking to improve their quality of life. I specialize in career, relationships, self-acceptance, stress management, and adjustment to life stress and transitions. Compassion, empathy, and genuineness are my top three values and also integral to my working style. Through collaborative efforts, my main focus is to build a therapeutic relationship with clients while helping them discover their true resiliency in themselves, and later ending this relationship with them feeling empowered and gratified.

There is much excitement about serving as a therapist. Using a non-judgmental lens, I am genuinely interested in and aim to start each journey by learning about your life experiences. I love working with a broad range of clients, though I have a special interest in first-generation, low-income, and minority college students, high school students, and young adults.

I am a mentor to many young adults and cherish my time supporting them in many facets of their lives during my free time. I also enjoy binge watching my favorite shows, , shopping, cooking, and laughing with loved ones.  Contact me today to schedule a consultation!

Courage is accepting the challenge of taking a step in the right direction. You’ve just made that step!

I’m Harvey ‘Chip’ Rice, a mental health therapist poised and ready to help you in
your counseling journey. I recognize we all face challenges in life, yet there are times when some challenges are daunting and we’re looking for personalized assistance to help us win. I believe that myself and my colleagues can offer that assistance.

My areas of interests in counseling includes helping Young Adults who are finding their way in life, and Couples looking to navigate the successes and difficulties of their relationships. I also seek to assist members of the Clergy and those needing help and guidance as they serve or participate in various religious settings. I use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach to treatment with a focus on Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT). In other words, I do my best to help us approach every life demand with the right mindset. We all have circumstances that we don’t understand...that’s an inevitable obstacle of life. I believe your circumstances don’t have to dictate your success. There is a positive, relatable, sustainable solution for you that is achievable with the help of therapy.

My personal delights are my wife and two children whom I love. I enjoy sports,
traveling to exotic places, music, and playing cards (Texas Hold’em, Bid Whist, and
Spades). I spend time serving the community I live and work in and make an effort to build lives that will make a difference.

Let’s Connect! I would love to be part of your journey to Success in Mental Health!
